The custom design fee is collected up-front before the design work starts, which includes up to 3 revisions. This amount ($20) is non-refundable and applied towards the final purchase. You may also choose to purchase the custom garment(s) up-front and avoid the design fee (also includes 3 revisions of the design). Each additional change has $5 service fee.
